We believe in a youthful and enjoyable work place. We feel it brings the best out of people. We love freedom at work, but are also very conscious of quality of work. We are so used to being ahead of the flock that it has a pull effect on everyone. Since we are a product engg firm, we encourage everyone to learn and share – we have formal sessions of knowledge sharing every week. Each one of us take turn to share something new, every week. At work we focus on happiness at work – be in your elements is our favourite dictum. We do not manage people by hour but by task completion and learning. Some of the key attributes we care for and promote are – curiosity to learn, ability to take up new challenges, feel happy about what they are doing, sharing knowledge and a positive energy at work.
